Whether they’re too big, too small, to saggy, too solid, too flat or too much like watermelons, every woman has issues with her breasts. But boob dilemmas aren’t like regular body issues as they interfere with other aspects of your life– More specifically, they mess up your sex life.

Physiologists at the University of Western Ontario have found that when women are self-conscious, they perform nearly 8% worse in sexual scenarios than during times they are happy with their bodies, but that statistic is much higher when you take breasts into consideration.

Women who are unhappy with the appearance of their breasts generally perform nearly 25% worse than others in bed. Why? The professors from Western say that women tend to spend so much time stressing about the appearance of their breasts that they don’t concentrate on the task at hand, which brings down their performance level significantly.

1. Flat boobs? Get a spray tan!
   For women seeking the appearance of larger cups without having to head under the knife, going to a spray tanner can help boost your bust. Find a salon that does personal spray tans (where someone has a spray gun, not somewhere with an automatic booth), and ask them to circle your breasts with extra spray.
