If you’re looking for a reason to make your life stress-free, you don’t have to look any further than your bedroom. Cleansing your life of stress won’t just make your life better, but it will make your sex life feel like new!

So what are some of the things stress can do to your game?

It decreases your libido

When you’re stressed, there’s not a lot else on your mind besides what’s stressing you out. It’s hard enough to concentrate on day-to-day tasks, but it leaves little to no room for personal activities. When you’re stress gets high, your libido naturally gets low.

Who wants to bump when they have a headache?

When you’re stressed, your brain sends signals to your muscles to tense up, which causes headaches. There’s a reason ‘I have a headache’ is such a foolproof way to get out of having sex– It’s no fun when you have one! Not only will you not feel like it, but headaches have a tendency to make the body dehydrated, which can make you dryer than normal south of the belt, which (without lube) will leave you chaffed and irritated.

You’ll be drained of energy

Stress is scientifically proven to use energy, so not only will you not have energy for sex, but you probably won’t even have energy for dating! Stress can take so much out of you that even going out to the movies seems like a task.

“Pardon me? Does that feel good? Um.. yes?”

Let’s face it, when you’re stressed, you can’t concentrate on anything, even if it’s sex. It’s distracting which not only makes for a bad session in the sack, but it’s also a waste of your time! If you can’t concentrate on the movements and feelings, what’s the point?!
