About Me: I am a 24 year old living in DC and currently in my second year of medical school. I enjoy music and am currently going through a Bob Dylan phase even though the Beatles are def my all time favorite band (I know its cliche but their music just seems to transcend time!). Living in DC is great, because there is always so much to do here. As an avid museum buff I can safely say that I have done the rounds of all the museums in the district (yes even the paid ones) and tend to be on the lookout for new exhibitions from time to time when they have them. I don't think I have a favorite museum but I def enjoyed the art exhibits at the Freer Gallery and the Hirshorn museum when I saw them last. The others are great but its just that I see them so often when people come to visit me from out of town. Everyone wants to see the Air and Space museum and the Natural History museum and I don't really blame them for that. I've just seen them way too many times. I bought an acoustic a couple of years ago and thats what I strum on when I'm at home studying to take a break. Like I said, it sounds more like the cats fighting over dinner than anything at this point but I still like to stick with it anyway. I enjoy live bands and open mics and try to go to at least a performance a month. Busboys has a real good open mic with many talented writers willing to share every week. Other than that, I'm pretty laid back with an extremely positive outlook on life (to a fault some might say). I enjoy nights in more than nights out though I am never one to shy away from an adventure. 5'8'' and consider myself pretty active considering that the life of a medical student is supposedly pretty sedentary but I have RLS which keeps me on my toes for the most part. Play basketball every week and just recently started playing tennis and loving it!
