About Me: I'm a tolerant, fun loving guy, but when I find something I have to do, then that takes priority sometimes. I need someone who can truly understand this and keep me balanced and not abandon me like others have done in the past who weren't family. I can take things to extremes and only because sometimes it's necessary. Injustices of any kind I have no tolerance for and I have embarked on many adventures (at least that's what I wish to call them now) that have both enriched my life and caused just as much turmoil and heartache. It's called personal growth. I am passionate at whatever I do, others see this as anger or even obsession, rather than possessing qualities of determination and integrity. I actually feel sorry for people who have never felt passionate about anything in their lives, least of all a beautiful woman. I'm liberal minded, but my positions have evolved over the years on issues like: capital punishment, birth control, abortion, social justice, euthanasia, the role of government in our lives, the need for transparency in the drive for equality of opportunity and to eradicate the abuses of power that we see on a daily basis. I was born a Catholic, graduated to a non-practicing Catholic, had no religious affiliation at all, to being an agnostic, and for a short time I might have told you I was an atheist. Today, I would say that I'm a Humanist, who believes in a force that has put humans on this earth and given us all the tools and materials we need to rediscover, and if necessary to rebuild, the paradise we lost so many years before. And that includes a healthy relationship based on trust, respect and attraction between the sexes!
