About Me: I intended to practice law, play tennis and golf, and drum with a rock band until I was 80. I am on my way! Unlike most lawyers I am friendly, helpful, interested in making sure our communication is clear, and genuinely concerned about your objectives. But I also have trouble with boundaries that constrain professionals from providing all the assistance they are capable of sharing. So if you are looking for a narcissitic opportunist you will probably be disappointed. I am working out daily and making progress on my physical condition. I am not usually disciplined enough, but I'm feeling a little driven to be better than I am. I am disgusted with partisanship, governmental intrusion into individual rights of privacy, and self-serving individuals. I have been called a Pollyanna, pure as the driven snow, and that I think like a 39 year old gay man. None of those descriptions are completely accurate but I am not easily offended. I praise tolerance, equality, humor, open-mindedness, thoughtfulness, intelligence, and wit.
