About Me: If I had to describe myself, and evidently I do, first would be "funny"... Although I suspect most guys think they’re a lot funnier than they really are, so take it with a grain of salt. I believe I’m intelligent. Also, big-hearted. Women tell me I’m nice-looking, and whilst I don't want to dispute this, one has to ask one's self why I'm still single. Maybe I'm a bit too choosy or perhaps I'm just not quite the catch they say I am. I’m definitely a good listener, very into other people and their lives--not one of these guys who adores the sound of his own voice. I can be a smart mouth, but never to hurt or spite, at least not intentionally! I try not to talk about people behind their backs, and when I do I always feel incredibly crappy afterwards. I believe, for most of us, there are people out there with whom we share great chemistry -- the hard part, of course, is finding that person.I'm quite sporty, and visit the gym regularly, Music wise I tend to listen to Soul, R&B, revival reggae ("lovers") Jazz etc, but when no one's looking I can occasionaly be found chilling out to The Carpenters, country and western, a touch of classical or anything that moves me at that time.Basically I’m a good guy looking for a best friend, committed partner and lifetime love. Not sure I have a “type,” but here goes: You’re a sweetheart, but also very witty, or cool, or whatever word describes that quality that makes you great to be around and talk to and laugh with. People like you. You know how to listen well and aren't your own favorite topic (those last two are absolute deal-breakers). You’re smart. You can get through an entire sentence without saying the word "like..." (No offense, it just makes me feel like I'm dating a ). You’re cute/pretty and bear more than a vague resemblance to your photo. You’re very self-aware and connected to your inner life.
