About Me: Athletic intellectual...pragmatic enthusiast. Pretty much all over the place as far as music goes...just as "at home" in a goth-industrial club as at a jazz bar or country saloon. Oh, can't stand Top 40 or what we're trying to pass off for "Hip Hop" these days though. All about unique artistry and self-expression, self-awareness and exploration. Total gym-rat, too. Mostly swimming, yoga and core strength training--I don't really waver enough in my masculinity or sexual confidence to dive headfirst into football or wrestling...I figure I'll be just fine Free Running, or getting good at Parkour or Capoeira if I need to prove something. I have more books on my shelves than I think I'll ever have time to read, and an appetite for more opportunities to get out and experience than I think there are days in my life to achieve them. I'm geek enough to be working on alternative fuel modifications for my Subaru, but redneck enough to take it out to the backwoods to readjust on the weekends...I build houses I co-design, cook, make soap, write and wander, among other things.
