About Me: I appreciate good conversation, and wit. If your favorite topic is hair, there's a good chance you will find me quickly disinterested. A nice dinner out is one my favorite things along with movies, sitcoms, theater, rock concerts, stand-up comedy, live sporting events, skiing, the beach, and quiet time at home...everything in moderation. I also like to get outside, but not so much when it's 110 (read inferno). Country music can be painful, even in small doses, as is NASCAR, golf and baseball (except live). I travel extensively. Don't smoke or do drugs, and tend to steer around those that do. Same goes for STD's, and yes, it is a big deal. I believe life should be lived with a degree of dignity, and have a difficult time understanding why your friends need to know intimate details of our relationship. Some things by their nature are meant to be sacred. I work at staying in shape, and trust you do as well. To me, "I could lose a few pounds" is a euphemism for excess, and I don't mean too many trips to the gym. If you aren't motivated now, why on earth would I think...? That said, you'll be surprised to learn I am actually quite considerate and can be a very loving, and loyal partner. Of course, the simplest path to the truth is to give me a try.
