About Me: Something about running, the steady beat of feet pounding on the pavement. Working slowly at first then you get into your grove. All at once it takes over your body as your pace increases. The colors brighter, the smells are intoxicating. Now it’s time to slowly take it down a notch where you can get into a rhythm and catch your breath. In this state you can truly lose yourself and run for hours. When you are finished, you don’t want to move, just sit as your body tingles as you catch up with reality.
