About Me: I am a 42 year old male with a very active lifestyle who is into working out, into yoga with a stong backround in nutrition. With that said im not compulsive about it or self centered because that in itself could be unhealthy. Although lately ive been swimming a fair amount due to the fact that its been unusually Hot for this time of year out here in the Great state of Texas. My backround is in nutrition so i have been an advocate for health especially leading parents of babes to the importance of proper eating habbits. Im also a stong advocte of alternative health such as regular therapeutic massage acupuncture and occasional chiroprctic.
