About Me: I work as a as a prep and line cook, and now sharing the operational duties at a brewery/restaurant while attending culinary school. I hope to become an executive chef at a four-star hotel or restaurant someday. Chocolate and BBQ are my favourite things to make (weird combo, i know), trying think of a way to combine them haha. First time failed bad. I'm very friendly and like going out to bars with my friends and meeting new people. I'm always down for pretty much anything. When im not out with my friends im almost always cooking for my family. I love to travel, this past winter i wrnt to Wyoming where I went snow boarding for a couple days. im almost always listening to music (especially at work, keeps me going on the 12-14 hour days). i used to play bass guitar but kinda lost interest after my band broke up, and no time to start a new band. So instead i sing a lot (my chef told me i should go on American idol hahaha). I've studied ninjitsu for almost over 3 years under one of the best teachers in the mid-west. I enjoy working out and staying fit but i kinda sucks not having anyone to go with. I'm big into cars and motorcycles or anything fast for that matter. I'm also gonna admit, im kind of a dork. i do like to play video games sometimes when i have nothing to do.
