About Me: About me??? While I am not a self-effacing man, quality family time, educational pursuits, literature, service in some way to your community (I have been member of my village's Zoning & Planning Commission for the last 22 years), as well as your neighbors & friends. These are all endeavors that occupy my spare time, and, sometimes, just converse at Y. These are all endeavors that occupy my spare time. While, occasionally, just vegetating, allowing the mind & body to re-charge itself, sharing quality time with an appreciative woman, or, just reading a good book (I prefer the former to the latter). Likes, & dislikes, to me, have become a group of learned preferences, dependent on circumstances, & environment. Chemistry, or that spark that keeps your significant other always in your thoughts, the flexibility to meld into each others personality, the appreciation of what they have to offer you, and vice versa, to me, these are the basics of any potentially lasting relationship. That said, what does make a person unique? Is it their opinion of them-self? Or is it how the world view's them? The way they treat their families, friends and associates? The manner in which they relate to their surroundings, and the little acts of thoughtfulness that go unrecognized, and that the person does automatically, that is the uniqueness of an individual.
