About Me: I am quiet and a bit of a loner, not the regular jock, but a person who, in my own way, gets a lot out of life and love. Living outside the box by having a business that does not require me to be in an office and no dependents, allows me freedom to make friends, have relationships, travel, and even live anywhere. I have sailed most of the way round the world and now looking forward to doing the canals of France. Home base is Venice Canals near Los Angeles where I really enjoy the clean ocean air, fine restaurants, business opportunities and the neat people of this area. This life is a one-act play with no rehearsals and no retake. I am going to make the most of it the only time around. I have always loved my work (apart from my first job as an accountant) thus have never really had to "work." From bush pilot in Australia (my birthplace) to Africa, to Caribbean, I have seen the world doing some thing I loved. Then into refurbishing old buildings in Venice which was very satisfying and profitable. In-between buildings I flew air taxi small jets taking rock groups on tour, followed by flying a bush seaplane in Alaska on the oil spill cleanup in 1989 (lots of Salmon) then a sailboat across the Pacific and most of the way around the world. Now back in LA for a while and hoping to meet a wonderful lady to accompany me on my barge trip around the French Canals.
