About Me: I am an odd guy...don't like football and have no idea why nascar exists...I cook, clean, and know how to iron clothes. I don't understand fashion, I wear what is clean and available and if it fits and is mine those are clearly bonus points. My friend is my cat. I have had several poems of varying quality published. I have a car, or I did the last time I looked. If I remember correctly, which is dicey, the car got me from pace to place without much rattle or hum. I tend to stay away from cars. My cat really hates cars and since she is better at being a cat than I am at being a human I tend to follow her lead in many areas of life and philosophy. The most noteworthy example is my early retirement. My cat is retired. From what I am not sure, but she works at nothing I can see, so I guessed at her status as retired person. I am now retired. Thus, the car is in the garage where it has been for some months. Or not. I'm going to check on that one of these days. I am financially self-sufficient, but really very far, as in light-years away from being rich. Or upper-middle class. I tend to get by on whatever it is I have at the moment. It is a dicey financial policy but has worked up until now. I own my own home and spend many days without leaving it. I read a great deal and when I am bored with what I read, I write something. This too has an uneven quality, but you know, I just don't fucking care. I believe in creativity and honesty and I have found a handful of women who can put down their phobias and Cosmo-induced myths to be adequate at conversations. Or risk taking. Or not being comfortable without being demanding and bitchy. I won't be the scape-goat. I am kind and giving and understanding, when I want to be. The rest of the time I am quiet and eccentric. If you have read this far then you must be a sick little monkey indeed. I'll take you...on a trial basis.
