About Me: I enjoy meeting people and developing long term friendships. I am a generous, compassionate, and kind person to those around me. I love entertaining and having a good time with friends yet I love even more the quiet time and intimate moments shared with the one I love. I'm a doer...a thinker...a problem solver. I love writing, construction, landscaping, fixing things, making things, inventing things. I am an electrician, plumber, carpenter, hot air balloon pilot, airplane pilot, golfer, gourmet cook, scuba diver, kayaker, boat captain, Jet Skier, Harley man, and an accomplished skeet shooter. I am an Army Ranger; airborne all the way. Yep, I know, it sounds like the business card of a flimflam man, right? All true though. I’ve been to a lot of interesting places, seen a lot of things, done a lot of neat stuff but the most rewarding experience was flying my hot air balloon out of the court yard of Katherine the Greats summer palace in Leningrad...the first American hot air balloon to ever take off from Soviet soil with two Russian Cosmonauts aboard to boot. What an adventure...a really good story. I have many wonderful stories of my travels and hopefully many more to come. Looking at life from a more experienced prospective, I have so much more to offer than I did 30 years ago. We can just skip right over all the problems and mistakes endured in our life’s journey and go directly for the gusto, the cream, the magic, the gold. I find that life’s experiences have prepared me to give the best years of my life to that very special last love of my life. Today is the first day of the rest of our lives and it's meant to be shared. If you are prepared to go for the gold then I just might be "the one".
