About Me: I am a multi business owner and its just starting to come together. I am a personal trainer also which I was lead to from body building. I'm 6'3" and back up to 212- 215. Was 250lbs at one point but at 6'3" and 8-10% I didn't look to big i thought. Had an Injury that set me way back. But I'm head to at least 250lbs this time and 5-7%. Its been several years, but I feel that fire again to workout hard but short time intervals. Better results and can have other hobbies for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! out going, love the beach. in fact I have to have a house on the beach someday. I love to travel if I'm with the right person. etc.
