About Me: Hello, my name is Greg. I am artistic, creative, outgoing, and adapt well to different social circles. I plan to start working towards my PhD next fall. I am a bit of a science geek, but I don't discuss it much with people unless they show interest. I’m good with technology and am mechanically inclined. I go to the gym 4-6 days a week. I only started working out in November and am beginning to try out more of what my gym has to offer; it has really grown on me. I spent about 8 years in band through school; I have given up playing but still enjoy listening. I do a lot of sketching, painting and graphic design; art has always been a passion, but I use it to relax, so I never pursued it professionally. I was brought up by a rebelling from Orthodox, reform Jew, been in sales/customer relations since before I was born, mother and a former contractor/mechanic 'redneck couture' father (will guzzle beer watching Nascar at the bar, had his mid-life crisis when Earnhardt died, but loves putting on a sports coat and going to one of the most expensive restaurants in town) and have adopted bits of both of them into my personality. I like to watch movies, read books, wander about the safe parts of Miami, cook, and paint. I listen to all types of music, leaning towards rock.. I have never been in a serious relationship because I have never wanted one before; my life was a bit too hectic. I have finally gotten my career, finances and education on track, so I am now getting more social. I am fine with talking about my feelings and emotions, but at the same time I am content keeping things inside if it just doesn't seem to be the right time (I am getting pretty tactful and know how to keep my mouth shut when appropriate).
