About Me: I am a white male, 47 years old. 5' -11" tall, 216 pounds, brown hair, green eyes, i'm bald with a pony tail, moustache & goatee. I am single, never been married. I have one son that lives with his mother in Cleveland Ohio. I am at a halfway house / work release program in Michigan City Indiana. I have been incarcerated for the past 14 years for federal firearm violations. (illegal possession) I am just trying to put my life back together. It's pretty rough right now because I am alone. No family, and after 14 years, friends are few & far between. I don't have a car & I don't have my own place. I do have a minimum wage job though. I'm hopefully getting my drivers license tomorrow 4-16-09. Just today I got a call from a welding job. (That's what I am - a welder) I had to pass it up because the job is in Valparaiso In and I don't have transportation. This is the second job I've had to pass up. The other was another welding job, also in Valpo. The job I have now is through a temp service, and is only part time. This and restrictions put in place by the halfway house are making it very difficult for me to get ahead. Anyway... Despite having been in prison, I am a good, honest, hardworking man. I am not a violent person at all. I know how to treat and be good to a woman. I treat women with dignity & respect. I am very respectful of women. I just need a good woman to take a chance on me. The one that does will end up with a good, loyal man. Got out of the halfway house July 24th. Got driver's license May 5th. Got hired in at the company I was working for through the temp service. Got a car, and things are finally looking up. (It's been a long time coming)
