About Me: I rarely take anything too serious, not that I can't if the situation calls for it, but life is boring and depressing when we're not laughing. I like to keep the mood light and I feel like I can have fun and joke around no matter what I'm doing. As far as my job, I'm an Army officer currently stationed at Fort Benning. I hate shoes and if I could, I would be barefoot or in sandals year round. I love to be active and stay in shape. I'm passionate about training Mixed Martial Arts, and competing in fights is a big part of my life. I'm pretty much up for anything, biking, hiking, camping, being a bum, you name it and I'll try it. I always have time for a good movie or a night out on the town. I like cruising on my Harley. I appreciate good food and love to cook, especially when I have someone to cook with/for. I grew up in Grand Forks, North Dakota, went to college in New York, and now I'm exploring what the south has to offer. I really like to travel, try new things, and meet new people. I've spent time in Japan, Germany, Austria, Mexico, Canada, and numerous places in the US. I'm motivated to be as awesome as I can, I can't stand lazy people or excuses. My idea of a perfect date would invovle going out and doing something active like a run, rock climbing, etc. Then coming home, and cooking dinner together. After dinner I want to curl up on the couch while we enjoy a movie and a bottle of wine. Then I'd like to sleep until we wake up, no alarms, and make a big breakfast.
