About Me: 170 lbs.15% body fat - My goal is to reach 200lbs at 10-12% body fat. Completed 6 honorable years in the US Navy - Stationed in Japan for 3 and Whidbey Island for the remainder. I will be a drilling reservist in 2012. Fitness is a lifestyle for me and I do it daily - even though my current job requires me to travel heavily I still manage to eat decently and find some way to get my daily workout in. When at home you can probably find me in the gym. I don't drink and smoke that much anymore. I've been all over the west coast, but I like to call Washington home. My family lived in Wilbur, WA until I was in the 3rd grade then moved to southern California where I completed my public education and college. I recently purchased a video camera to document places I go and post them on Youtube. Its not uncommon for me to drive or hike to a location to get some footage. I'm also trying to teach myself how to play the violin. I don't have and pretty sure I don't want any.
