About Me: I spend my life helping out others because I put myself last. My parents moved outta the country for personal reasons and I’m helping them out with the mortgage, even though I can't really afford it. I’m also in a few organizations on campus cuz again… I love helping out others. I had a dream of helping out people with disabilities ever since middle school and I definitely think I’ve fulfilled that dream! While everyone else is getting wasted on spring break, I spent the last 3 spring breaks at a camp for people with Down Syndrome. I committed 2 months in 2007 doing volunteer work and I’m spending another 3 months in 2010 traveling the country to help serve people with disabilities! I’m starting to believe in karma more and more everyday cuz I’ve seen it mess with some of my friends LOL… They did some really douche bag type things to me and karma kicked in a little after. I base my character off of how I treat others and I owe a lot of it to the people with disabilities I interact with. I’ve learned never to get upset at the little things at life cuz that’s being way too selfish! There’s a million less fortunate people out there that don’t have the same opportunities as us… BTW you saw right… I’ll be on an infomercial around the end of May!!! If you’re still reading… I can already tell ur interested ;) haha… Well here’s a couple things about me: - I'm a 22 year old college student at UTA about to graduate - I was voted to the Homecoming Court 2009 in a university of 26,000+ students - I'm in on the executive council of my fraternity - I'm the President of my honors society - I'm a UTA Ambassador - I work part time as a basketball ref - I run my own online business and yeah, I'm doin all this at the same time!!! But I still have a lotta free time to chill and go out cuz I know how to manage my time... haha trust me! ;) Hit me up for more info…
