About Me: am a hopeless romantic and eternal optimist. I must admit that more than one tear has fallen at a sad moment in the darkness of a theater. I've had some real laughs when my imperfections come to light, none-the-less, I have a solid footing that allows compassion combined with strength. When you need a hand up, or just a little encouragement, I'll be there. When the going is rough, and the light at the end of the tunnel is a train, I won't run from your side, I'll be there to protect and serve. You can count on me when I'm needed, and on the sidelines cheering you on when I'm not needed. I will encourage, but not nag, love you, but not demand your love. I will always love you for who you are, and not for what you have or can do for me. It is my job to love you, and God's job to help you be good, and to keep you safe. I will trust you always and never violate your trust. I am the forgiving driver who doesn't get even when you cut me off, and I often find myself disappointed if someone else gives you a break before I get a chance. I do not want the true success of my life to be measured by my accomplishments. But rather by those people who can attribute all or maybe just a part of their wholeness to my love for them, and by those who have seen their true beauty and worth in my eyes.
