About Me: I'm a very curious person, I like to experience new things and come to understand them. I have done a share of exploration in the geological sense as well as a 'personal' sense. Not so much as of yet in the spirital, but I am sure I will get there one day. In the past I have worked as a DJ in Hollywood, operated the 'Dragonslayer Stew' at the Maine Renn faire, been a pet shop scooper upper, waited tables, was in a 16 week run at a community theater, kindergarten assistant teacher at a public school in a project in Atlanta, and promoted a music festival. In addition to all that I have had the great fortune to live for two years in the Netherlands and two and a half in the UK. These days I work as a consultant for the IT division of a financial institution. Hey - it may not be as glorious as a DJ gig but a guy has to eat! I actually like it a lot because I enjoy the intellectual challenge and because I am good at understanding my clients and putting them at ease (which makes me feel good). Outside of work I enjoy backpacking, dancing (all kinds), learning loads of new things, reading, cooking, laughing and that sort of thing . I enjoy travel (obviously), but off the beaten path (don't like crowds, except for when I do). I also tend to have a 'project' cooking at all times. It used to be the music festival (before I burnt out), and now has moved on to a music / visual / art thing.
