About Me: I stand 5'-11" tall, and weigh approx 180 lbs, I am balding (well, bald because I shave off whats left) but the hair I do have is blond, and have Hazel eyes. I'm 40 and living in Chicago, Illinois. I also have a picture up - so if you contact me I would appreciate the same - not that looks are everything - but it does count a little. It's also always nice to be able to put a face with the words. I have an average build and eat healthy. I try to take care of myself and expect at least that much out of a partner. I like to think of myself as a modern day Renaissance Man, or maybe a Jack-Of-All-Trades. I have in my time worked as a Professional Chef, a Painter, an Automotive Repossesor, a Retail Sales Clerk, a Waiter, an Asbestos Remover, A Satellite Communications Technician, A Data Entry Clerk, A U.S. Army Seargent, A Roofing Contractor, And A Bartender. A daunting list but considering that I only gained any expertise in cooking (I am a certified Master Chef) it makes for a well rounded career background. I work as a Chef, but am not a traditional "LARGE" Chef. *Smiles* I'm a very easy going person and can talk with just about anyone about anything. There are some topics that I don't know much about (such as politics) but I am always up for a good conversation and that helps to build some form of connection. I don't usually do the bar scene. I gave up on that a long time ago because the "Meat Market" approach to meeting someone and trying to find a connection makes me sick. I will go out to concerts and such if there is someone that I want to spend time with and we are both interested.
