About Me: I'm a risk taker. Sometimes I think I take that quality to extremes. And the risks I've taken haven't always worked out. But, hey, it beats living in Denver, or San Jose. I enjoy an unconventional life and am looking for someone of a like attitude towards friendship and romance. I'm an artist, a designer, a cook, a goof ball with a sense of humor, a reader, a conversationalist, an inventor--I do and know lots of fun stuff, some of it even makes me a living. And, I'm not a flake--which is what unconventional means in a lot of peoples' lexicons. I can be and often am deeply committed to friends and community. Newspaperman: Assisted in the startup of 12 newspapers in the U.S. (not on my resume is the fact that these years, and people I knew, were some of the most fun I have ever had in my life--In fact, newspapering is the most fun you can have with your pants on.) Artist: goldsmith, landscaper, draughtsman, printer--I love it all--especially drawing the nude figure. Nudity: Yep, I like nude beaches or any place else I can go to that offers the ability to take off all my clothes. Music: Make it classical with an emphasis on Italian opera. That isn't to say I don't like listening to a lot of other stuff--Zydeco, Irish, Folk, even some C&W.
