About Me: I'm a retired Broadcast Executive that does an occasional consulting or "turn around job.". I am off and on a College Instructor in Journalism, specifically in Radio/TV/Media/Advertising/PR/History. I am also a RN Nursing student. I am an avid reader. I'll read practically anything except "self-help", or "pulp romance". I will also not read anything written by a politician in the last 50 years. I enjoy taking courses, love to learn and my interests are vast and varied. I love trivia and am prone to throw "little factoids" into a conversations (which I also love). I have 4 university degrees . I consider colleges and universities, places of education, which is the real goal in its self. I don't feel that those institutions (with the exception of Community Colleges, engineering, and healthcare/ medical education) should be in the business of 'training" persons for jobs. I will complete the RN within a year. The first education have ever undertaken for a "specific" job.
