About Me: Recently retired military officer, trying to decide what to do in the afterlife. I am in relatively good shape, especially for my age. I exercise on a regular basis, some weight lifting to keep trim and jogging. I like most sports, love to play golf. I am a good cook, enjoy a good glass of wine. I like to watch movies, enjoying a wide spectrum of films including foreign ones. I listen to a variety of music, at this time I seem to prefer latin light rock (Shakira, Mana, Heroes de Silencio), country, Andrew Lloyd Webber show tunes, and old rock-n-roll. I keep my own house, to include the yard. I am trying to improve the landscaping at this time. Family is important to me, I come from a large one. I retired to Georgia to keep an eye on my parents who are getting old. Not sure at this time what I want to do, I am looking at returning to school to get another degree or a teaching certificate. I will probably go back to work, but right now am trying to adjust back into America since I spent most of the last 20-odd years overseas. I have travelled extensively because of my prior career - the Far East, Southeast Asia, Central America, South America, the Middle East and Africa. My last assignments were in Africa. I speak French as a second language, really need to practise a bit to keep up my proficiency.
