About Me: Although I lived in Nebrasks for several years as a chld, I still feel relatively new to the midwest. I am still adjusting to the small town lifestyle. I have lived all over the US from Caliifornia to Virginia. Am looking for a place to settel down and call "home." Don't know if Champaign is that place, but for now it is where I hang my hat. I am well educated and a successful professional. I describe myself as a romatic at heart, but am concerned that romance is not appreciated as it once was. I am compassionate, sensitive, caring, and emotionally available, yet, I am not annoyingly so. I enjoy most any activity, especially traveling. One activity that I do not particularly enjoy is hiking. Hopefully, you don't either... I enjoy the finer things in life such as gourmet food, fine wines, plays, and musical productions. My musical interests are varied as I like anything from Big Band, Swing, 80's rock, hard rock, and alternative. I am not all that familiar with contemporary music and I tend not to like Rap or Country music. I enjoy being creative and consider myself to be creative, but not artistic. In my spare time, I like to draw. My artwork is mostly abstract. I would love to learn how to play music. I have tried to teach myself guitar, but I haven't been that successful with that endeavor.
