About Me: Troy Lake, Lake, Mr Lake, Lakey... you get the jist! Having just passed my courses at college with flying colours next on the agenda is university. Having had my pick of which university i could go to i have now opted for Teeside being the home bird that i am. Gym occupies most of my time going 5 nights a week and whatever extra i can do, and it tends to come before anything else which does tend to annoy the people around me. My career ambition is to become a personal trainer and own my own gym. Its something that i have always wanted to do, and i have a genuine interest in this area hence the recent employment with Tees Valley Leisure as a gym instructor. Enough of the serious stuff... you will probably have seen me out on the lash with 'the lads' either in good old redcar, boro or occasionally sheffield, newcastle or leeds either way we love 'the sesh'. I am also a big fan of messy times at retro and live for such events now it is back where it belongs (the trees). I love the holiday crack, Tenerife 06, Prague and Mago 07 and IBIZA 08. Ibiza for me has to be the best place in the world, My music choice is varied, ranging from the classic oldies to a good bit of dance/ retro.
