About Me: My mornings are pretty routine! I wake up to CBC morning radio at 8:10am. I then get into the shower and turn on the tap to an above medium heat, I use an energy saving shower head. I first dampen my hair, then use a mint shampoo by American Crew for men and caress into scalp until my scalp begins to tingle, when I rinse. I then apply a conditioner also by the same brand and I leave this in my hair until I have completed my shower routine. I begin to lather my Old spice sport body wash all over with a face cloth, until I have cleansed every single part of my body. On my face I use a exfoliating facial cleansing gel, then I rinse my hair. When done my shower, I make my way to the sink where I complete the rest of my routine. While my face is still damp; I apply AVADA natural shaving cream, shaving is easier when the pores are still open. I use a GILLETTE FUSION disposable. This new and improved razor beats the competition. On my neck I always shave against the grain and on my face with the grain, to reduce irritation and ingrown hairs. When done shaving I rinse then follow with applying an AVADA after shave balm, with no alcohol “because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older?. I always floss the night prior to going to bed, so no need for that in the morning. When brushing , I use my OralB ELECTRIC toothbrush and always go down on the gums and use a Scope mouthwash. Before putting on my daily attire, I pump two sprays of my JEAN PAUL GAULTIER COLOGNE.
